Installing Cairs, UCall or UCE on Windows 2000 - System Files are out of date.
Solution
If you receive a prompt that says "Some system files are out of date please restart your computer to have windows search for these files" or something similar and afteryou restart you get the same message again, you will need to follow these steps to install the software. This is for Windows 2000 machines. * Make sureyou are logged in as an Administrator * Make sure that service Pack 4 is installed on that machine. If these don't work then the network security settings are probably preventing the files from installing. In this case: *Unplug the network fromt the computer * Restart the machine and login to the Local machine as an administrator.  In some casesyou may have to start the machine in Safe Mode and then login as the Local administrator.
