Problem: When accessing the web work order database an "object error 278533, unrecognized database format path://***" error appeared and user was unable to access web work order.

Cause: The workorder.mdb file has been corrupted or tables have been deleted from it.

Solution: Find the workorder.mdb file or folder that web work order is accessing. If you have a back up of your workorder.mdb file replace it with the current one and make sure that it is named workorder.mdb. Try accessing the work order database through cairs first and then try it from the web.
