Problem: Unable to remove a Trouble Ticket/ Work Order.

Explanation: This problem usually occurs when the Key in the OPWRKORD.UBX is corrupted.

Solution: If you cannot cancel the work order, then your next steps are as follows.

1. Do a backup of your database from Windows explorer (i.e. Right click and select send to zip (compressed folder).

2. Go into CAIRS to 9, 8, 3, 3, 1. Rebuild Reserve Index. Run this repair do a backup when prompted. If this does not fix it, go to step 3.

3. Go into CAIRs to 9,8,3,3,2. Delete Bad Open Work Orders. Run this repair do a backup if prompted.
