This Knowledge Article helps you learn how to capture screen shots in order to email them to the Unique Communications Support Team.
1. Locate the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. (Prt Scr). Generally it is located on the top right hand portion of the keyboard.
2. Choose which screen you would like to capture. Hold down the "Alt" key and press the "Print Screen" button.
3. Open Microsoft Word and "Paste" the screen shot into the Word Document. To paste Right-Click your mouse inside the document and select "Paste."
4. Save the Word Document by clicking on the File Menu option on the top of the screen. Then select the "Save" option.
5. The "Save" box will open, choose where you would like to save the file. Name the file and select "Save" at the bottom of the window.
6. Open your mail client and start a new message. To attach the Word Document click the attachment icon or select insert in the main menu on the top of the screen. A box will open that looks like the 'Save' box. Locate the Word Document and click the "Insert' button.
7. Type the steps you took to recieve the problem that you are experiancing in the Email, and send to support@unique.net.
